Associated Bonded Cables will happily design from client drawings, prototypes or existing looms. The process is both quick, flexible and subject to rigorous testing on custom designed test boards.
Wiring harnesses and assemblies can be designed almost any type of environment. Associated Bonded Cables particular strength is custom design of complex automotive wiring looms containing anything from a few cables, connectors, relays and switches through to 200-300 cables for use on the latest sports car or materials handling equipment.

Gareth Jones, who leads the team at Associated Bonded Cables, is a degree qualified engineer with over twenty years' experience in the industry. He introduced the ISO standard to the business and is committed to customer service, product quality and innovation.
Most of our people have been in the industry for 20 years. Not only do they operate ISO 9001:2008 they have the skills and knowledge to ensure an enviable rate of product accuracy. Because they have assembled so many different types of loom they are quick to learn and achieve error free production.
Our people handle complexity with comfort. For example we have one client with over 30 different loom types with whom we have worked without problems for over ten years
